Our Story
Melissa Rodriguez Hernandez, owner of El Jibarito-Lancaster. Melissa delivered a heartfelt presentation about her restaurant, her passion ❤️🔥 for her 🇵🇷 culture and its delicious 🌮🌶️🫔 food, and her love for the community cshe serves at 602 S. Lime Street.
Melissa opened the restaurant in loving remembrance of her father. She also credits her restaurant ownership to her children for supporting her dream.
